how do i use skill 6? "call lilith when chiho is around"

To use skill 6, you must:
1. Finish the story and game in onsen (hot spring), make her pregnant. (After the cutscene, you will be moved back to your apartment)
2. Call Chiho to your apartment, then
3. Choose the purple symbol with the horn, named: "Call Lilith", this symbol should be placed next the symbol "Spy-cam", then
Enjoy the scene!
If you do not have the purple symbol, it might be that you have not yet unlocked the story in onsen.

It probably won't get one but if you have a decent phone and not a Mali gpu it's playable using winlator

This thing is unplayable without a proper translation, the automatic translator only works for 50% of the text.

Can you avoid the exhibitionist content in this version? Specifically, the parts where she touches other dudes.

You cannot avoid it if you want to progress to the end of this game version. My suggestion is twofold:
1. "Zone out /distance yourself" as you fast-forward this small part that you dislike (treat it like playing a boring game).
2. Or just imagine that you're the dude(s) molesting her in those scenes, then "jump" back to the MC's POV.

Might not work for all, but if not, there's plenty of other fish in the digital sea.

Have you done this yourself? And if so could you tell me your settings or if you did anything special, cause its crazy to me that my phone runs a 25gb game but this crashes on startup
