This again? There's a few posts talking about it before.
Here's the deal, 4.2.2c is censored, 3.3.3u is uncensored but missing a small chunk of content. There's a mixed version where a guy tried to combine the two so that only the newer scenes were still censored, I played this version but I think it's missing a few things like the ending.

No. You can try PC (Windows) emulators for Android like Winlator, unsure if it will work tho.

The Steam version will have some QoL improvement and MAYBE a new NPC. Tiramisu teased.
