In the current version, there are no hints about the consequences of each choice.
Originally, my idea was to make the choices feel a bit like a personality test—letting players shape their own version of Eric and Grace through their decisions.
However, this is an AVN, and I totally understand how it can be frustrating to miss out on certain scenes you were really hoping to see—especially when the meaning behind a choice might not match how every player interprets the dialogue or situation.
That’s why, in the next update, I plan to add some subtle in-universe hints to help guide your decisions—without breaking immersion.

Eyes problem persists. I would prefer few (2-3) still high quality images to muddy eyes. Or remake those scenes when generation tech improves, like in a year? Better than in NBMF. But still problematic. Eyes are a bane. Body is fine, even good.
2. Breast size inconsistency.
In the bath scene, her boobs are big, but 1/2 or even less than her basic talking form sprite in clothes. Breast size is very important! Your games are better than many other NTR's for the really big boobs. Like way bigger than their heads. Smaller boobs — less unique, less attraction.
3. Small text bugs.
Repeat of some fraises, minor bug in wall text in clinic.
4. Penis size.
His penis is surely big and thick. Like her hand, almost — was my first thought.
... And then game actually tells me it was limp and not erect? ! Like what the hell??!
Art is exaggerated, we can imagine, but better not. Even still, his size is huge if it's flaccid. Even if dad is a monster with 3x bigger penis. Like 20 cm while not erect? 99.9% of males have it smaller. So much less tension in story and her pussy!! Big or very big penis on cuck (NTRS) or loser (NTR) is very anticlimactic, actually.

Does the perspective switch to that of the father? Or are we just following the prospective cuck and the little(?!) miss's perspectives? Do you intend for this to be an actual game instead of a kinetic novel? I note the lack of that tag, but I prefer to wait a few updates before playing so figured I'd ask.

Those are not sex-related animations so I didn't try very hard to eliminate the problems for the reason I mentioned in my last reply to you about this.
I will redo the nude figure in the next release.
Repeat texts: I believe I’ve already removed most of the redundant wording, so any repetition that remains is likely intentional. But my writing ability might not be strong enough yet to make the phrasing feel more varied.
Wall text: Since it isn’t tied to any specific naming or in-game event, I decided to just leave it as is. But I can revise it in the next release.
In fact, I think the contrast between the MC and the NTR character is already strong enough to make the gap between them very clear. Not to mention the additional physical differences in stamina and physique. I try to keep them looking like a father and son, so there should still be some similarities in their body types.
In addition, the main issue with the MC and the central focus of this game aren’t purely about size. So I don’t think it hurts to give him a larger size compared to NBMF.
I talked about this in the public release on my patreon,
NBMD now uses a dual-POV system: Eric and Grace.
This makes the storytelling more flexible, and more importantly, choices made during Grace’s scenes will now influence future narrative branches. This is a key design element going forward.
So yes, it’s mandatory to play both Eric and Grace for the game to function as intended.

You can refer to the post above for some answers. As for your expectations of what an “actual game” should look like—I’m not sure what you have in mind, but I can tell you that this game features different choices that lead to branching storylines.
Whether or not the story is written from a netori perspective was actually decided by my members. I held a poll asking which story branches and POVs they’d like to see. Fletcher’s POV was one of the options, but it didn’t receive enough votes to make the top four.

First point. Sad that you think some element like, eyes are not important. For me, they are the most essential in the whole animation to convey emotions and radiate girl's beauty. Eyes are #1 on the face. And face is the person for our perception mostly.
