Yeah, I’m aware of that. But honestly, a lot of what’s labeled as “NTR” in Japanese works doesn’t really feel like true NTR—mainly because the characters aren’t actually a couple.

That’s just my personal take though, not saying it’s objectively correct.

Dev is both right and wrong. I can find over 20 NTR games in 2 minutes just by perusing the forums here not to mention other sites which might have games F95 doesn't have. He's also right because most of those games aren't really NTR, they are Magical Penis, a genre in which the LI simply loses her mind when seeing the magical cock of the bull in question and stops acting even remotely believable reducing it to something closer to cheating than actual NTR where the love is stolen. I've personally dubbed this genre Magical Penis because apparently these are some magical dicks that completely change the character of any human who sees them immediately, including the guy who suddenly starts being into the Magical Penis himself and jerking off while watching despite never showing any interest in being cucked.

Eastern females are still fairly suppressed by local society and raised to be submissive to their partners which make it REALLY unlikely for them to cheat since they are simply gonna be crushed by fear and guilt indocrinated in them since childhood.
Western females on the other hand have more rights and freedoms and thus can be, eh, confident (?) enough to cheat on their partners. So in a way yes western people have easier time getting tempted cause there are much less restrictions regarding one's sexuality in west.
So basically for eastern dude NTR is truly more of fantasy or something he can be sure not happen so he'll be more chill about various games/comics/novels with ntr theme.
For western dude though NTR is much closer to reality so he'll be more wary or hateful towards works with this theme.
