Little late to answer this, but I personally don't like NTR, but do like corruption (basically, heroine becoming more and more of a slut as the story progresses). NTR usually has a lot of corruption - and NTRPG and NTRPG2 definitely deliver on that - so, while I'd prefer it without Leon or Mars involved, I still like the games quite a bit.
Just checked, and it looks like this was something added in the slightly-hacked version from the original link (with ctrl to skip text, the Erigal underground network, and unfortunately the "Tiris never takes the stairs" glitch). m1zuki mentions adding in some of the unused H sprites in the TLnotes there. You can get it either with the savefile 3 that comes with that version, or you can copy your own save over (tested it with one of my saves from the patched version).
Never did find Segare getting a blowjob from Milia or Claire, I suspect that wasn't one of the sprite sets m1zuki patched in when he did his translation. I also hadn't messed with this since I found NTRPG2, which is better in pretty much every way (it hits the feels a lot harder IMO, which is one downfall of it for me but probably a bonus for more typical fans of NTR). It also gives a peak at what happened to Tiris after NTRPG. Tiris appears to have become Eric's fulltime mistress, traveling with him to the village where NTRPG2 takes place. Leon also tags along, but has no dialogue (and most won't realize it's Leon for a while, since he has his hood up for most of the ~week they're visiting). Leon actually gets the chance to murder Eric (who is locked in a cell underground at the time), but appears to have just... stolen his clothing to humiliate him or something. Tiris mentions during one of her sex scenes with Eric that Eric basically raped and impregnated all of her female friends (which I assume means Momo, Reifan, and Ran). Also, Tiris very briefly joins your party, during which time you can see her sexual experience - she is formally engaged to (but has done nothing sexual with) Leon, and has been impregnated at some point by each of Eric, Libido, Haruki (the student from the mixer), Adventurer Dan, and Sugao (the VIP clerk at Mask Pie). Aside from those, she's also had sex with nearly every male character from NTRPG - Migel (the guard), Segare (the head of Eric's family), the owner of the Gekko Bar, Tifaza (her father), Brian (the homeless man), and has even had sex with the Butterfly Club President twice. I think Leon and Rafan (the male boatman) are the only ones who missed out.
Monday at Noon, go to the Park and you'll see him surrounded by adoring schoolgirls. Talk to him and scare them off (talk to each as their running around to slap some sense into them... and steal their panties). He'll now be in the Park every night until you get your relationship with him sufficiently leveled up, at which point he'll only show up Monday and Friday night, having the schoolgirls take turns sucking his dick.
After that, go to your basement to find out what you need to do (it's a recollection room, but for scenes you haven't got yet it gives pretty clear instructions on how to get them).

That was in reference to the sequel, NTRPG2. Tiris is a minor character there - she and Eric visit during Phase III.
Nothing like that I'm aware of. The H-content is all in the sprites (which aren't great here, they're far better in NTRPG2), the dialogue, and the sound effects.
I'm pretty certain that starts happening (Monday and Friday) as soon as you've completed his first scene (when you have a chat with him while he's getting blown). I didn't include it in my list because a) I didn't think it really counted as "secret" and b) there's no dialogue or anything, just girls rotating to give him head every few seconds.
