Yeah, I believe Filia's lineage exists to serve the strongest guy in the village (the game mentions that her mother also served).
Marie tried to lighten Filia's burden and ended up becoming a nymphomaniac lol.

That kinda makes it even worse. MC was actively doing everything he could to be considered strong... maybe part of the reason he did that was Filia.

If two virgins get to have their first times together.. then it's bearable. OG just didn't cut it. If it's virgin on non-virgin ntr, tho, that's where I draw the line. OG gets the right to go beast mode on that hoe AND the thieves, in my humble opinion
There's a lot of missing files, especially sound. Can't get it to run, anyone have a copy that works? The Patreon with a patch linked on the 1st page is blank now.

Did you read the installation notes?
You can't just run it after installing. You need a Japanese locale emulator installed and run it from that.
If you mean that they're missing ingame, I haven't experienced that. What are you running the game with?

from f95's guide for running Japanese games on windows. Initially it was missing the "Graphics/System/Window" image which I just stole from NTRPG2's files, now it gives me the title screen but errors on any attempt to move the cursor or select a menu option due to missing sound files (Audio/SE/Decision3 or Audio/SE/Cursor2 for example). These errors are generated with or without the Locale Emulator.

That's what I'm using as well. The game works fine for me.
I downloaded it after you posted the first post and there are no errors.
Here's me starting the game(I changed it to windowed, other than that it's default):

The game crashes on me in a very late part with the rich kid first taking my love in the bath and wanting to show her something in the cellar. Game just freezes after that event.
If memory serves it appears in the MCs house after you finish the game. It's been years since I've played this game so I might be wrong.

where in the MC's house? I think the third file is a full save but I dont see anything like that there.
The room is at the Great Angel pair tavern left side top will be stairs blocked by a guy till you get the MC dream ending.
