VN - Ren'Py - Nudist College [v0.19] [Elsa]

[Review of v0.11] This game won't get past 3 stars for me and here is why:

PROS
1) The story revolving around being nude in the school is interesting, i like that.
2) The characterization of the girls is well done: each girl has their own personality and we get to know their problems and past traumas.

CONS
1) No romance or feelings in the game! I was expecting the MC to fall in love with at least one girl (and vice versa) but i was wrong: there's no holding hands, no hugging and 3 or 4 kisses at most despite the presence of dozens of girls.
2) When MC fucks a girl we don't know what happens afterwards. The scene is not mentioned again in the story and the characters act like that sex scene never happened (are they now a couple? Or maybe friends with benefits? Only God knows).
3) The gameplay is non existent: there's no route, no pursuing girls, no relationship stats. You can only choose to see a scene with a girl or not. That's all. There's no panel to check your current status with a girl and variables are not set up so every choice has no real meaning.
4) Renders are very grainy, it seems the developer Elsa ignores the usage of a de-noise tool. This quality is not acceptable in 2023.
5) Many scenes are missing or Work in progress.
6) Some animations are at 2-3 fps. At this point it would be better to use static pictures.
7) Some typos and minor grammar mistakes. Proofreading is needed.

I just need to say how much I love the models specifically Olivia. I'm totally in love with her bush, I feel like not enough characters in other games have them. my only critique about your models is I wish there were more variation in the breast types size shape etc. just a minor complaint for an overall great game. Please keep up the good work sir!

Disappointing and Lackluster: A Missed Opportunity

Graphics and Renders: Inconsistent and often grainy, the graphics do little to salvage the game's numerous shortcomings. Scenes lack detail and sophistication, with many renders falling flat in terms of visual appeal.

Animations: The animations are embarrassingly subpar, both in quality and creativity. They add nothing to the game, serving only as a reminder of its inadequacy in competing with other titles in the genre.

Grammar and Writing: Plagued with grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, the writing is a testament to the game's lack of polish. It disrupts the flow and immersion, making the already lackluster dialogue even more unbearable.

Originality: This game brings nothing new to the table. Its attempt to stand out with a controversial theme ends up feeling like a poorly crafted imitation of better-executed games.

Verdict: In its current state, this game is a glaring example of wasted potential. With a narrative that fails to engage, characters that are forgettable at best, and technical aspects that range from mediocre to poor, it's hard to find any reason to recommend this game. It's a 1-star title that begs for a complete overhaul or, perhaps more mercifully, to be forgotten.

This is a VN, where plot and dialogue are supposed to make up for the lack of gameplay.

The plot is nonsensical, and the dialogue is very bad: one-dimensional characters, out-of-character actions, poor writing.

The art is ok, although for some reason half of the time there will be characters with shiny plastic clothes, like if they were made out of some loose latex material - you'll be able to see reflections on random pieces of clothing.

The developer seems active, but they seem to favor pushing new scenes instead of working on story or character development, and once again, this is a VN - without a good story and characters, it's nothing but a collection of average renders locked behind some uninteresting text.

Unless you really like the preview renders, I'd stay away from this, as that's all that this game can offer in its current state.

Not a particularly deep game, but hotter than I thought it would be, despite the very silly premise.
A relatively wide range of bodies (though I don't think the game knows what an A-cup really looks like!) combined with a certain goofy ESL charm kept me interested all the way through.
This is pretty much the only type of government program I support.

Summary: Not a total disaster (I did play it to the end), but so many flaws that it was hard to enjoy most of it.

Writing of plot: The premise is ridiculous, so you know from the outset that it’s going to be silly fun or a waste of time. However, even within the unbelievable framing, the narrative doesn’t hold together. It comes across as more of a series of absurd and raunchy skits stuck back-to-back.

Writing of dialog: Stilted and predictable.

Writing of characters: The different girls had distinct personalities, which is a start, but each was super obvious. No character development. Most girls did random sexual things that were totally out of character.

Grammar/Typos: Only a few.

Still images: The models had nicely varied bodies. Faces were familiar from stock models. Quality of renders varied from low to medium.

Animation: Some animation, but the quality was below average.

Sound/Music: There was music, but so generic, that I turned it off.

It's pretty good, the beginning was not that realistic and it was pretty odd how coincidence things happen but overall its pretty good. Sometimes i feel there should be more choices but the game is still developing so got no issues so far. also, I feel like some event are happening too fast, as much i would to see the sexy stuff, I also want a good progression in the story.

Pretty funny and some of the scenes were sexy! You'll have to play this game as looking for a fun time, because some of the fantasy situations the main character gets into are unbelievable but also really hot. Like for instance when he is forced to put his dick in against his will haha. Though there are nice genuine moments with some of the girls as you get to know them, which gives a nice balance to the overall wild situation he is in.

The character models are always something I'm interested in, and these girls are diverse in face and body. There are definitely some standouts, and it makes the playthrough all the more enjoyable.

Really looking forward to seeing more crazy situations, and how far he can get with each girl, relationship wise and physically haha.

Pro:
- Some of the models like Olivia or Valerie have a nice personality in contrast such as others.
- Huge amount of nude scenes that tease you.
- Scenes like the special club with Lucas are a nice change to the forced nudist projects.
- Most girls have a great design.

Con:
- Some of the girls have a shitty personality (e.g. Lyra, Bailey) that either project their personal problems on MC or try to use him to their benefit.
- Graphics sometimes look terrible, like the scene in class with the two government officials. Their crotches look terrible when we pick them up.
- Almost every girl had a traumatic past and we have to fix them. Too much of a white knight setting.

I also suggest some nudist projects the MC takes no parti in. Let's see how the girls handle it themselves.

I really had to think about it if this game is a 2 or a 3, but in the end I decided that it leans more towards 2 for me.
Now don't get me wrong, it's not a complete dumbster fire, but it way too many scenes just felt completely disjointed and janky plus the whole "The goverment forces us into nude projects" is kinda dumb, at least the way it's implemented here. Your typical porn game doesn't necessarily need a deep plot to be enjoyable, there are lots of every day life games out there which are really enjoyable to play, but if you touch on something like this, you should have a red string that you plan to follow and not just line up seemingly random scenes.
One thing I like in this game are the models as they're cute and different from each other, not just the same body over and over again with a different face or the same face with a different haircut.
That being said, the game doesn't really utilize them well here, because the writing is just very subpar as it doesn't always seem to make sense even if you take the overall a bit weird nature of it into account.

No idea if the dev has a first project or if this is the first, but with a bit more experience I'm sure it can improve.

Fun story, that is pretty well writting all though the sex scene text could be alot better due to the weird text in them, it does have potential and can still improve on virgin scenes to get to 5 stars, also there is about 0 romance or relationship building with any girls, virgin or not it just goes stright to fucking and in some cases infront of other LIs, so its more of a porn game then anything else, so take it for what it is and dont expect to feel anything for anyone since there isent really time for that.

The one spot where it fails is with the virgins, they sure dont fuck like virgins and none seem to have much pain or blood so there dosent seem to be any kind of deflowering with any of them, which is to bad that they never thought about that part, so it lost a star on this part.

Its a pretty fun story and alot of girls, in some cases you dont have any options to who you fuck though which is a bit of a let down since story does have choices, it goes a bit to fast for my taste with 0 romance just stright to fucking, its ok but you dont really get to feel anything for any LIs.

Its always nice with some background music, its not really mood setting but decent none the less.

• Setting is hot
  • I really like the premise and the idea of being comfortable with your own body (even though they're all hot but it's porn, I get it)
• Writing is terrible
  • Without sounding too mean, reading through some of the sex scenes made me feel like I was reading a poorly retold textbook. A few examples:
    • Teasing her pussy first is an important thing to do so that she will secrete pussy juice to reduce friction when having sex.
    • Her warm wet pussy welcomes your dick by providing pussy juices to reduce the friction between your dick's skin and the vaginal wall.
    • The juices from her pussy help to lubricate the friction between your dick and her vaginal wall.
  • I get that English is not the writer's native language but I can't imagine any of this sounding remotely hot in any language.

TL; DR: If public exposure is your kink, it's a nice wank. Just... don't think too much about what you're reading.

dialogue is unbearably stupid. ive seen worse so i guess rating 2 it is then.

so your only solution is to just skip. but then again the sex scenes are boring too with average animation.

the main problem with dialogue is that it feels that the dev tried really hard to make the story believable/real. so it hits double when it sounds/feels completely retarded. characters are overly whiny/annoying/1dimensional. whole dialogue is 1dimensional. it's like the dev keeps reminding you that you are playing a game and it's impossible to immerse yourself into the story.

it's rare for me to give animated 3d porn rating2 but i think this deserves it. it might be still rating 3 but i think games with crappy but serious dialogue are impossible to play.

it's like a practice project for someone dabbling in renpy. so my recommendation is, let him practice, and wait for his next project cuz that might be good. but this isnt.

I like the game overall. It's obviously about nudism but there is a slight undertone of BDSM (submission specifically) as the students have little to no say in their nudist exploits.

The dev uses a choice based branching system(as opposed to kinetic or sandbox). Though sometimes it is unclear where a choice will lead it is overall decently used.

The level of English is the weakest link in this game. It is clear the dev is not a native speaker. Don't worry you can still follow the story but there are clear grammatical errors.

As for the renders they might not look amazing but they are of a decent quality. Besides it is clear quite a lot of work goes into them. Having that many characters on screen (and thus having to pose them) takes a lot of work.
If I could give a tip to the dev I'd say that lighting will make a large difference to improve the renders.
As for the characters there is some difference there but generally the frames of the girls are similar. (not a negative or positive but an observation).

(v0.7) There's a lot to like about this project but there are areas that could see improvement.

The Good
Great models with realistic proportions: The girls from the class look their age while older characters are curvier. Since nudity is a big part of the plot you're going to see a lot of these characters, and that's a good thing. You'll also see a lot of your (the M.C.'s) junk, which while large is still within normal human dimensions.
Early sexual content: When you start out nude, it doesn't take too much to move the plot to the next level.
Humor (hopefully intentional)
Light tone throughout: More slice of life than high drama, Our Chad MC is well on his way to assembling a harem..

Possible Improvements
Still needs editing by a fluent English speaker
Ditch the unnecessary and intrusive narrator
Write in the first person rather than the third

This is by far one of the worst storytelling. DEV is clearly not an english native. Visuals are grainy. Some models look like they smoked a crack pipe too much. The whole setup isnt structured. Its not even worth for a fap.

A terrible game. A real plot doesn't exist. Choices do not affect the so-called "story". The characters are so one dimensional that you get more depth even in cheap amateur porn. The graphics aren't good, so they can't make up for the lack of a serious plot. All in all, the models are not very attractive. Exceptions prove the rule.

It looks like a project where someone is just practicing a little Ren'Py and DAZ. However, no development can be seen. I give two stars because it's bug free.

Cute VN. Yes the premise is silly as are some of the scenarios but it doesn't take itself too seriously so still cute. It's kind of a chill slice of life VN ( nudist life) .

The writing is decent, a few mistakes here and there but nothing too bad. The MC is written as a likeable character which is a bonus. The girls all have their own personalities and quirks. Allana is a trip. She's an adorable perv who wears it proudly. She's a little hottie too.

The models all look good, the graphics and renders are done pretty well. The animations are also pretty good. It's nice to see models who look like they could easily be real world girls as opposed to some of the caricatures you see too often with extreme body proportions.

This is a VN you can just relax and read through while giving your brain a bit of a rest, it's pretty sexy as well. It doesn't make you work too hard or jump through a lot of hoops.

I dislike giving negative reviews, as I also write for a hobby, and know how hard it is to bring a story to life. However I incorrectly assumed this was a Fem Dom story.

PRO:
-Good renders! Skin detail was paid close attention too, as the older Teacher, and later, Guide had more aged skin. LI's are attractive!
- The MC is not a dimwitted push-over. The opposite, he's brighter than all but one of the other characters.
- LI's are all very different in personality.

CON:
-Names don't match from time to time. There is a glitch for the (0 .5 ) release, and Elsa is working to fix that.
-No FemDom, nor is there any planned. The tag needs to be removed. (I was told by Elsa herself she never planned on it. The tag is misplaced.)
-All sexual activity is near accidental or to get out of trouble. Which could seem fun, I suppose.

I hope to see this finished, as it is lighthearted, Elsa does great renders, and has given the LI's very distinct personalities.

A mildly interconnected series of public nudity and exhibitionist events. The models are attractive and the writing is serviceable. I always wanted nudist and ENF games, but they are quite rare so this scratches an underserviced itch.
