Then the WT unlock shouldn't say "ep1" which is what is confusing people since we're now on "Ep2" and people with a brain know not to use mods from previous episodes on new ones unless it states safe to do so. :)
well
not my fault ;)
but i get where you're coming from

Hmm...odd thing to say.

Considering this developer is one of a few that completes his projects to the end.
Also doesn't have or adds NTR later in his story, which is a huge plus for harem fans.

Regards.
I mean, not necessarily?
It could very well be that he values things which are different from what you value (hence saying what he said).

As for me, I'm rather flexible in my tastes; so the whole is it harem or is it NTR debacle never really caused me concern all that much.
Me being hesitant in trying out this game has to do with the dev's writing; I tried out one of his previous games (iirc, it was Secret Summer lol), and while the game started off well enough, I found it quickly losing steam from around midway & go downhill.
I finished the game, but it was more of "lol I might as well finish it given I spent all this time playing it." but my overall thoughts on the game after finishing it was just meh.

That didn't really give me confidence to try out the dev's other games.

But I'm giving this game a go because, one; there hasn't been any Superhero AVN with much focus on story that I've been trying out. Two; I'm kinda hoping Dev's writing has improved since then.

And I've played just one previous game of Superwriter.
But for people who have played more of his games and are more familiar with them, perhaps it's even more noticeable as to what they may like or dislike about Superwriter's games which are different from you.

Does this need to be updated for ep 2?
if the devs not change the wt file itself it should work for all upcomming content

Tbh, I don't even remember what choices I made for Episode 1, but having finished the recent update with Ep2, walkthrough feels....unnecessary?
Choices and the options given makes it pretty clear what is the positive (preferred) choice compared to the negative choice as long as the player is paying attention.
Not like this game's like Karlsson's Gambit, where choices options are ambiguous & a choice made on your gut feeling can literally screw you over (just to make it clear, KG is a fantastic game and one of my favorites on this site, but Walkthrough for it is pretty much mandatory unless one wants to suffer willingly :HideThePain:).

Two; I'm kinda hoping Dev's writing has improved since then.

I've played games with a walkthrough that had me pass ambiguous choices, only to get a game over several updates later due to one of those "doesn't impact" choices. I can't recall which, though. With over 20,000 games it is hard to keep track.

Damn, from the summary alone this seems like my kind of game. Can't wait to se where this is headed. I'll wait for more content b4 giving it a try though
This may be the 1st game I play where SonOLiberty is the uploader lol, quite weird to be honest. Maybe I just didn't pay attention b4. I'm just so used to him doing the compressions lol.

THX
I've uploaded some before, I'm just too lazy honestly. Most of the time I just send the game to an uploader, I don't like making screen shots and figuring out tags and all that.

Adjustment Mod

Hi...
Here's a small compilation of a few UI adjustments and utility mod's which present some pleasing changes to this title. (Improved dialog visibility, along with a few extra utility features to boot.)

  • Changed the default textbox, to a custom bottom shaded version...(which aids with viewing the dialog text without blocking any of the background content).
  • Edited the gui.rpy file, (adjusted the dialog text size and positioning to accommodate the custom textbox.
  • Included the 0x52_URM utility tool, which allows the user to view as well edit Ren'Py titles. (Can be used to verify and view data behind some of the story choices, as well can be used to display requirement checks as they happen through out a story. Editing Feature: Pressing the ALT m keys together to bring up URM's search console to view or edit points, etc..)
  • Included a Universal Quick Menu mod, used to hide's or display the quick menu...by pressing your Q key. (A mod used to help clean up the dialog area by hiding the quick menu's from your screen.)
  • Included the Universal Choice Descriptor Mod, which can be used to display on screen data that can be hidden behind some of the story choices. (Note: This is not a walk through, though this can be a useful mod to display some additional choice data and point variables on your screen. URM also does the same...but not in real time like this mod.)
  • Included a custom font outline script mod, which adds a slight darker outline (text shading) around the names and dialog text. (Improved dialog text visibility).
  • Replaced a darker frame.png image, as well included darker overlay images as well. (Increased the text visibility)

Install:
Just extract and merge the mod's game folder with this titles game folder (over write when prompted). Then run your game exe, and enjoy this title's minor UI changes and added utility features.

Note: This mod compilation shouldn't require regular updates, (provided no major coding changes are done to the original gui script of this title)…so this mod compilation should continue to work for future game releases.

Regards.

Can we expect any gay content plus tag in the future?
With the tall blond guy for example.
Story so far hints that direction.
Dev?

Not sure whether the dev is already aware of this (perhaps his Patrons have already pointed it out or something), but there's rendering mistake here in this lie detector machine section;

Here's hoping someone on Patreon tells the dev is the dev doesn't see this post (if dev isn't active on this thread and doesn't see this).

I'm not sure what happened with the script in the interrogation part - I'm guessing SuperWriter edited out objective for subjective, or was trying to think of some other extemporaenous word - but neither the question nor the answer makes much sense.

I really like it so far and Im hoping this dont turn out to be another boring, predictable story of "guy who have power to sexualy copy others skills" or similar bs. Im gonna be really mad if MC wont recive some really strong abilty to finaly shut Amber and put her in her place. MC have some legacy to prove after all.

Not defending or endorsing this dev's writing, but if you're this much of a stickler on writing, you must only play like 1% of the total games here, since the vast majority of them are chock full of "Engrish" or poor writing overall.

I never finished Secret Summer, so you did better than me. I tend to shy away from dev's who seem to pat themselves on the back when writing and add very long wall of text scenes, or fake drama, etc. I can't remember if Secret Summer had any of that, it was played once about half way through then I never went back to it, mainly because it lacked animations (iirc) when those started to be come the norm.

Yep, noticed that too. Should be 'objective' meaning impartial, and Oliver's first sentence agreed that he disagreed with the statement which made no sense.

The answer in the second quote should be "...NO. Because I sure as hell...<etc etc>"

Uh, no?
You're waaaaaaaay off on that, & I have no idea where you're even getting that assumption from lol :KEK:

I thought my profile of this site started from 2018 with over 3K posts would have implied as to how many games I would have played over the years (sure there would obviously be people who would have played way more games than me, but even so, 1%? pff, You wound me, sir. :HideThePain: ).

Personally, I don't really care whether a game has animation or not tbh.
Writing especially stuff like characterization, lore, world-building, & conflict are stuff which keep me engaged (as my profile sig).
There are devs with games here whom I find very much excel in these aspects, and those that do not.
And yes, I'm aware that this is subjective.
