Now as many people already mentioned, if you wanna go with RPG Maker sandbox, you should implement things such as "on act" or "after act" type of things for players to find. For example, after the talk with the teacher, we should be able to see "Rebecca" with maybe filled belly. Same for the nurse too. Maybe after the pool class, we see a heart emote on one of the locked doors in the school, just to implicate "something is going on." Sadly, many NTR creators miss this—one of the most important parts of NTR is suspense and implication. Us hearing some sound or seeing that "locked door" is a subtle but good way to implicate it.
For art, tbh I'm one of those guys that don't care about art too much as long as it's not unlookable or nonexistent. In my take, you don't need to force yourself to create animations too much—maybe for now at least—creating scenes and story should be high priority, as 99% of the NTR games are left untouched and never finished.
You do not need to put H-scene every day too. Some can be built up for the next, which could increase the suspense.
You shouldn't be shy of editing the first part just because "you released" it. It's good but not that long, but it does feel like some things are moving waaay too fast. Giving "past students, moms" as foreshadowing is genius, should be able to expand on that for a while before doing multi "fall." For example, the meeting thing at the end is very well thought but it felt maybe a little too early—well, might be because we did not see how it unfolds—but if all goes Rebecca after a couple of meetings, it's kind of sad and a waste of potential. Maybe doing it after every girl has their first "encounter." Of course, if you are planning with heavy drugged hypnosis route (not very fan of it as it just makes everything go fast and kills the build-up) that much might be enough.
Suggestions
Maybe create some events like "player asking a girl out but for some unfortunate events she is late" and you gotta find her, but you are late and see the "aftermath."
Maybe one of the hard-to-break girls that player hopes to get with has to go on a "week-long training camp" with the teacher, and meanwhile we get to see different things maybe with our photographer and some other side chicks?
Our lovely teacher accidentally locked up in the same place with our lovely friends is a good scene too.
Maybe our Rebecca gets hurt at the gym lesson and the teacher has to bring her to nursery for some oyakodon.
And our character discovers the combo with filled bellies.
Teacher having normal contact too—not just unknown—would be good too. Maybe him giving "pointers" to guide girls to him might be fun.
If you wanna create multi-selection type of game, you should give us a chance to save girls, or give us chance to select the girl who gets the gallon of cum. If you’re planning to go with linear—which would decrease the replayability by a lot—creating parts where we gotta hurry to "see" what's happening or finding aftermaths should be important, like nurse cleaning cum off the floor, finding maybe condoms at the class trash, or finding maybe filled ones below the teacher desk, creating not hard but time wasting events such as "bring this documents to floor 2" but there is action at entrance, or get the "key" from school to unlock your room at home not annoying puzzles but time consuming things.
I mean I can go on but don't wanna overwhelm and scare you from reading
