Um, no? Where did you even get that idea. Nyakumi doesn't have any sort of specific day or time that he releases videos. It usually takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks between releases, the weekday doesn't matter. Right now it's been 2 weeks since the last video.

Will anyone have a mega folder with the animations and not a zip file? The files are too heavy to download that's why i ask
