Most likely. The patreon importer has been down in the past several times and for longer periods of time.

The admins have been more open about what they've been doing before, but I imagine they keep a lower profile after the last major outage. There they gave an ETA for a fix which they exceeded, and the forum went berserk over it (even more than usual if you can believe it). It did eventually come back up, but I'm pretty sure the experience taught them not to promise anything in the future and to let people doompost in peace.
