It seems to be blocked in certain countries. For example I use a VPN and rule34video doesn't load in some countries
Vpn helped, i wonder why rule34video is banned here
but thanks for the "tip" it happened to me while I was traveling overseas. Yeah, it is country dependent.
if you’re back in your home country, clear all temporary data/ cache and cookies and you’ll be all set
