Damn, dude. We really got Nostalgia Critic doing a review for an NYL pin-up before we got GTA 6
I mean Talon attacked the Russian base zarya was initially working for , maybe its about that and Brig from Overwatch is just assisting her. Also I think the "Interrogation" is being recorded and she is one-upping anyone who is looking at the recording later (which is us) , or maybe just to prove she didnt snitch . The camera you see in the back must be the reflection since most interrogation room has a one sided mirror. I dont think this a miss , Nyl thinks a lot on the story building overwatch stuff atleast and you can connect some dots from previous pinups.
You're not wrong. There is even a camera off to the side she could be looking at...she's looking at 'you' like breaking the 4th wall or something by ignoring everything around her. Also her dick looks odd, maybe it's the position IDK.
Probably my least favorite animation he's done.
Considering he's got a massive project underway, AND is taking part in the 3 day 24 hour animation challenge, AND is doing these monthly shorts, I think its safe to say this was a bit rushed. Oh well.

I liked that the scene had Anal, but futa x futa doesn't really do it for me — it would've been better as futa x female.

That's just how the model for Ana's dick looks. Or at least looked back then, not sure if he changed it since. It was always weird looking, not sure why he left it as is honestly.

No. His Mortal Kombat is classic. His Overwatch is overused. Much how he got burnt out on MK, I'm getting burnt out on his Overwatch, I'm not too big a fan of his Baulders Gate characters, but I'll take them over Overwatch just because it's not Overwatch at this point.
