any details how how good these 4k upscales are compared to other attempts here?

I use Topaz Proteus AI for 3D CGI and it is great. Doesn't matter if the camera is too "far zoomed out", chuck the vid into Adobe Premiere Pro, have the vid fill the frame (screen fillers), adjust for any zooming, save as uncompressed and then chuck it through the AI. Then run that vid through Flowframes for the final touch.

Create slightly modified edits/loops, easy peasy
