It's predetermined, except for one scene in the gloryhole where you can choose (There's 3 scenes with anal right now)
Yeah, we would need to have a MacOS to make the application work fine on it. Sadly we doesn't, so MacOS users have to make a small command that disable the warning (MacOS doesn't want unregistered app to be launched so it block it, resulting in the "can't be opened" error)

- Type the command: chmod -R 755
- Drag and drop the app into the Terminal window to automatically add its file path
- Press Enter

I might be stupid, but I cannot interact with the character like at all, no clicking or anything, all I can do is interact with the menus
