I haven't played them in a long ass while but they're pretty much the equivalent of stand alone DLC. They're just short scenarios where Ruriko does nympho stuff but the canon/continuity to the main game is questionable. You can play them at any time. Just think of them like extra scenes not in the main game.

you need to go to the town first before going to the red light district. And mod version is just a modded versions of the game, it add some clothing, pregnancy, etc. But it have some bug also, like sometimes the clothes made the game crashes
what's with the high ratings? the game is mid at best...

Kinks/Fetishes, the art is relatively good, the scenes are hot (in my opinion), it isn't really that long, and the premise is nothing complicated. Basically, it's good fap material for horny players and nobody has to put in much work to get the scenes that they want. It's a win-win.
