Then the forest area above, in the poison swamps to the top you will have the Vampire's castle, to the right you will see a building, that is where the Bath Lady will be there, depending on who accompanies you, you will get different scenes in a dream when you spend the night there.

You need to go back to the forest where you first found the ghoul, same spot. You go through the last cutscene and you will have the vampire girl unlocked as an optional party member.
