You should be able to have her as a companion now, try leaving the main city and it should ask you if you want to bring PM with you.

If you've reached level 4 you should already be able to add her to your party (only outside main city/sewers/inviting her out for a few events in city when solo) as for the stocking you get them from PM after doing one of her relationship events.
I gave them away instead of a rabbit costume at the casino. But I can give them away using cheats
Does anyone know how I raise the relationship with yarizo to level 3 and how do I raise the relationship with pm to level 5?

That is all they are for, you are meant to get them then give them to the guy in the casino for the bunny outfit

PM stops at lvl 4 in the current build, as for Yarizo to level 3 i cant remember I think it had something to do with an event with him at an inn (not in main city). Then to higher levels there currently isn't a way without using the cheat tool in the closet in main city inn

Dude instead of asking over 10 questions on what to do, just try playing the game. Look around the map try looking at places with/without priestess in party and then if you get really stuck then ask for help haha.

Yep, at some point it become kinda hard to know where to go and what to do. Personnaly this is the reason why i'm getting tired of RPG, in most of them there is not enough information of what to do excatly (or even no information at all sometimes), so it can take alot of time to complete everything.
