There was no one beyond her in the female bath section. I think it has been mentioned before, but some think PM is an homunculus that can 'heat up' fast, which is why she consumes a lot of Ice Cream, sleeps with her feet out of the tent, and has that ill-looking posture and face while taking a hot bath.

Maybe. Though it's important to note that Iris's bad end is not canon (the fortune teller is revealed as narrator of the story and rewinds time to the point before the bad end is triggered). So she will join the party with the seal intact, but not as sex slave of an ugly fuck.
No. The sprites in the bathhouse didn't indicate any presence of another guy. You would have seen another male sprite unless you have secret ntr enabled, so it's just not there. Potion Maker did something else.
