It's not implemented in this version. On the old rpg maker vx version it is. It's odd because it was one of the last events for that version to get added despite that pic being there since the creation of the game.

Just go forward from the Forest that is to the left of Titan Step. Then the forest area above, in the poison swamps to the top you will have the Vampire's castle, to the right you will see a building, that is where the Bath Lady will be there, depending on who accompanies you, you will get different scenes in a dream when you spend the night there.
