The health MP and Stamina features probably haven't been implemented in the MVbuild 5 yet, or perhaps you are experiencing a bug?

The MV Build exists just so you can see some scenes in high resolution while techno is porting the rest of the game to the new engine. If you want to play it there is with yarizo (the ntr guy that was added on the last build) on the quote.

Or download the VX Ace version, that has the history, more scenes and it isnt nearly as bugged as the mv build. I strongly recommend you cheat your way through any version you decide on playing

Here is a save with yarizo enabled as a follower. If you want to see his first encounter (no sexual scene) go to save 3 and go to port town, if you want to see his recruitment (also no sexual content) go to save 4.

And for whos curious, you needed to complete the rats or spider quest 50 times to go upgrade your adventurer ranking and unlock yarizo.

regarding casino: locations are generally unlocked by progressing the main quest, I did verify that the Potion Maker part of the walkthrough is correct, so just follow her route and you'll definitely get access to the casino

If it's an MV build you're playing then you can't really fix it. You may want try to restart the game every now and then and save before every action you want to make, but I doubt that will be helpful in the long run.

The best option is to get your hands on the VX Ace 0.50 version of the game in the OP; it's less buggy, has more scenes, more content and stuff. All in all, it's a lot less painful to play than the MV.

As far as I can tell, MV versions serve as a tecnobrake's showcase of porting content progress to the new engine. That's pretty much it.

The creator mentioned on his Twitter that this update is coming. It will be the last and will begin adding new content. Supposedly it is taking a while since it is being added, fixing and adding features that were omitted or forgotten when updating the game. I hope it's true because I'm being annoying letting you know the things I forget xD.
