Hello, I'm on the quest were I need to go to Titan's step with the PM, and the guide says to go solo there and then only with her, but I can't go solo outside of the capital and when I try to in Titan's step, it just says unable to go solo at this time. Is there anything I'm missing or anyone know why this is?

Get Adventurer Level 3 by getting to 150 Fame and then do the "Immortal" quest. She joins you as a permanent follower after.
