Check the Walkthrough/Guide linked on OP (first page post by uploader), you'll see majority of the info there. To resume, the other NTR scenes happen when you lose a battle against a mob that has a "heart" above its head, like the goblin and hobo. There are also ones (with Yarizo) included inside the dungeon test that you can get access to from inside MC's bedroom.

That's my bad, I forgot to put the potion bit in the walkthrough bc I have yet to play the most recent version. Everything you should need to know to get all the new scenes should be in the walkthrough now, I will go through the walkthrough and make sure everything is there after the Eng version of .21 comes out and I play it.
They are currently not in the game, I believe they were from an earlier version and have been removed but they will likely be back in a later version once the story progresses.

Is it gonna be a magical floating words above her head invisible to MC? or will it be like a brand or a sticker that anyone can see?

Maybe random people from the slums will jump and rape her if you fail to fight them off. I don't know if that would be a fun mechanic since it would slow the game down. Unless you want that to happen?
THIS GAME IS CRAZY GOOD, I RECCOMEND ANYONE WHO HAVE ANY SPARE MONEY BUY IT ONCE ITS COMPLETED. i will buy it for sure.. and stop play it on 0.21 version
