How do you recruit the Portion Maker ..? I have reached Lvl 4 relationship, i tried talking to her and nothing pops up .

Once you complete all her relationship scenes whenever you leave the city or enter the sewer the game will ask if you want to bring her along as a follower.

No.. i tried what you said, but it is not happening ..
Could it be because the mc is currently star 3 adventurer ? idk .. not able to add her as follower

For advancing to rank 2 , there is a error in the current version . You might have to install the patch version to rectify this issue .
Just go to pg 1 - and you will find ( patch 0.8c ). Download n install it . Your issue will be solved .

Have you tried going to the Alchemy guild? It's on the bottom left of the desert town. Once you clear the quests there you should be able to progress with her.
partner with her and go to wildness city(i dont remember the name) then go to the library(the first building on the left at where you enter the city)
