How i reach rank 2? I mean, i have the quest, over 100 of fame already(the quest requires 30) but i cant do something with the guild receptionist idk if is a bug or im missing something.
Yeah, things can get very unorganized, the forum depends on having active users posting updates and reporting them to be added to the OP. So if a game lose its active users you will end with a lot of outdated info and stuff, and when the game itself is kind of messy on the way they handle their updates and stuff is even worse.
It is a WIP, and will likely remain a WIP for a long while yet. I mean, it has been in development for what, 5+ years? Maybe more?
If everything's still greyed out then you haven't done everything. Just increase the Relationship points and do everything else before the orange.
The game is still in progress. Right now it only has up to Chapter 1 of the Main Story and mostly unfinished mechanics. But there is still a lot to see.
Is not the "next chapter" that its going to come, the game is not going to get any updates until the final release.
You need to bring PM with you to a new town in the desert area (don't remember the name) there is an Alchemy Guild there, go alone with her (No Priestess in the party) to talk at the guild. PM will go back to the Royal Capital Alone.

If you mean the Hotfixes, did you got them from the Linked Post at the OP labeled "Hotfixes"? if so then the instructions were there.
