If you're downloading random HGames from the internet, you should probably have a decent AV and not some random, built-in one like Windows Defender or whatever these people are using they claim they found a trojan.
windows defender has protected me for the past 7 years, compared to my friend who uses norton and has had to reinstall windows like 6 times.
Norton is literally a virus. You just also willingly pay for it.

Scanning a *.rar file will never make an AV able to scan the inside. When I script a simple .vbs looper and keylogger - while my AV being disabled for the time being, and pack it into a rar file (deleting the existing .vbs file afterwards), reactivating the AV will not trigger anything. When I unpack the file, my AV will go haywire.
Unpack the .rar and scan again for its contents (not only for this case, but for your future "is it safe/not safe" questionings). Don't cling to this beginner's logic, it never is reliable.

It's 2022 and this is utter bullshit. Any virus scanner worth their salt is able to scan inside the most common archive formats. If yours isn't, I would suggest getting something else (or using the best AV, your brains, but since we've already been shown they aren't up to the task...).

i officially bought this game on steam like 2 or 3 hours ago for less than 2 dollars. i gotta say, the puzzle aspect was fun, but it immediately got repetitive. it's mobile game levels of gameplay. which is usually what i want from my porn games. if they're free and can be beaten in 5 to 10 minutes. but this game isn't either of those. it's probably an hour and a half of the same 10 animation and some basic math problems. at least it has a gallery. cute game, simple but fun for at least a little bit. some would say it's worth it and they're probably right. it's only 2$ and the gameplay is exactly what it says it. i just think i could spend my time playing better porn games.

Actually from the steam review page of the game, it's also insanely cheap at the moment on steam if anyone is actually having concerns about virus although nothing got flagged on myn.

Not the dev's fault you're using a shitty antivirus, probably defender, which is incredibly notorious for false positives. I checked the executable and it's not doing anything dodgy
