Not saying the way it's done is how it should be done if cumflation is to be present, but it is kinda realistic, y'all really overestimate amount of liquid produced and underestimate the amount of liquid necessary to start bulging.

Can confirm. Took a 2 liter enema myself (the shit I do for science) and despite being 64 kg and 168 tall (if those numbers are meaningless to you,

On top of that, because of how volume works the increase in liquid necessary to have same rate of visual change is exponential.
I don't think they should've added that inflation bump at all, given the unsatisfying implementation, and I don't think they'd add any more to it given the necessary spritework.
