Well it isnt about guessing age but more about seeing a difference between who's a child and who's not, kinda different things. Sure there are kids who look older and adults who look younger than they should but it doesnt change the fact that on average children have certain features which adults have not.

Robot is more broad, android is a robotic humanoid, though robot can be used in place of android. A cyborg is a humanoid that has grafted robotic (cybernetic even) pieces to themselves in some sort of augmentation or making up for a lack of what fleshy bits can do.
