Is there some kind of secret trigger that determine when new brands start to offer contracts, or is it pure RNG & I'm awfully unlucky? : it's day 27 and I haven't recieved a single offer from Luxe while constantly getting those from Stilou and Casino (which I always complete ASAP).

As for the eta, I can't say for sure. There's worries about Annalie making the update take much longer.
The game's entirely free, what? The patreon/subscribestar is mostly for tipping or getting slightly earlier access to releases (we're talking a couple days), and info/sneak peeks of what is coming in the next update. They can also see some concept art and stuff. Though certain tiers can suggest polls, and the higher you tip the more your vote matters in polls, apparently.
Either way, people aren't throwing money at it in order play the game or enable the NSFW content, which can't be said about a lot of games that use patreon/subscribestar. Also, the last post wasn't even a week before your comment lol. So the stuff that the people who are tipping get is still coming - sometimes multiple times per month.

I havent even played for more than 10 minutes yet, but the board culture of past 3-5 years as well as the flavour with news headers and politics as well as the landlord made it worth it already.
