No need to repeat yourself. The cuddling is in the vanilla game, but I don't remember how I unlocked it. Try raising Jun's hidden affection. Just about anything that raise your mood and involves Jun should do nicely. Eventually if you try to sleep Anon should get the idea to snuggle with her.
