I think that's more a question of how the game was supposed to be at the start, there's a lot of game that are softcore because they where created as softcore and that's fine, but sometimes, games (and content in general) just feel like a supposed "hardcore" sex game where the team just didn't take the leap and that's kind of fustrating.

How many "sexy" scenes are there? I only did one playthrough and got what I suppose is the bad ending for too many correct answers and I got all the scenes in the OP.
Also the impression I got is that the timeframe of the story is a bit too short for having a build up for other stuff. I hope other routes allow for the story to last longer.
