The preview pics my first step when a good chance the game is only lesb.
It was my first step here. Then i saw the first pic, which is the only one with a lew scene, shows a man fucking a woman.
And other pics also show men.

The typical (I say it, as they for sure exist the atypical on f/f, m/m and f/m games that have other content too and the preview images, tags and genre that shows other content and do a poor job) gives a first starting point.

I didn't have the pleasure to cross Ava's comments and never heard the name before but I only took me a few months getting my first black eye from a mod also a few slaps later but honestly, i deserved.
Then, I need more classes.

Mostly all of use have them - and also most of us deserved them.
For Ava, she's Ava. Either she roast you - and often you deserved it - without any sympathy and eat you alive - at least no I know where all the lost zoners had gone - or she gives great comment and you can sit on the site line and eat popcorn, if one zoner is dumb enough to bring some shit into a thread she's active in.
I would certainly miss that tiny redhead.

Anyone run into this strange look on Linux with the Steam version? It looks even weirder full screen. I assume Steam is using the exe and not the sh file to start the game, because it runs fine if I run it from the terminal.

Malady is deff my fave protag in adult gaming.

The combination of all of those. Both tag and genre picture the game with very little to almost nothing for M/F action. If there were more, it would most times show in the tags. Same, for the preview picture, it has some (thus I didn't list them in the fist place), but most of them don't show anything M/F specific. For M/F focused games, their would be very often more images.
So, yes, for one that is one the zone for some years, those, and oblivious, Ava's comment, make it a 90% chance that is a lesbian game. And one with little M/F content if any.

All that being said, it would actually be nice for the site to have a dick-dodging tag of some kind. The lesbian tag still gets slapped on games with unavoidable straight scenes, so even when I'm looking for 112% lesbian allergic-to-men female protag games, I still generally have to dive into searching the thread to see how many times people have asked whether straight scenes exist an/or are avoidable, and hope someone actually answered them.

It would be really nice to have separate versions of the lesbian tag that basically mean "there's lesbian sex in this" versus "there's exclusively lesbian sex in this" (or, at least, that a lesbian-only run is possible).

I know I've played female protag games in the past where there's like 6-7 male love interests and only a single lesbian option, and still played through and stuck to the lesbian scenes exclusively. But that wouldn't necessarily be obvious to a player if they're looking at preview pics or reading notes and seeing that most of the LIs are male.

A "lesbian route" or "full lesbian" or something similar as a tag would make it super-easy to just know at a glance what to expect. It would also make it easier for people who prefer straight scenes in games to filter out pure lesbian games without also ignoring every straight game that just has a couple of lesbian scenes.

Just wanted to point out that my name was mentioned in that context because I usually post in mainly or full lesbian games.

Chances are if it's a female protag and you notice me in the comments then it's either got a lesbian route or it's a full lesbian game. I don't play female protag games unless they have full or plenty of lesbian content.

Like guys self insert in male protag games, so do I in female protag ones. I have no interest in men due to being a raging dyke so avoid straight female protag games.

Oddly I do enjoy some male protag games though. Granted most of those are for the story but still.

I only comment because the first post you made was finding out it was a lesbian game and saying you were cancelling the download.

If the tags, overview and preview pics don't give enough of a hint then checking comments will.

There is a pic of a man having sex however it's not with the MC, she is a pure lesbian and does not fuck men. All the love interests are female.

Just finished this one. Cool concept, a detective story but it's vampires. I like Malady. Can't say I liked Ash much though, the short hair just didn't cut it for me I guess. But good game overall. I see there's also a sequel so I will probably dive into that at some point when I get a chance
