Played this for the first time yesterday and I gotta say that it's a really good mid-tier game. The things it sets out to do are done well. My only complaint is that at this time, I'm still unsure if this is going to be a harem game or not. Looks like it is shaping up in that direction but there is no tag and there are some choices that seem to be hinting at just individual relationships. I hope that the path becomes clearer over the next release or two, but for now good job Developer/s!

Please note that the Dev changed the behavior of certain statistics (relationship points) and the Mod also changed to include more information to the player such as gained points of total points for certain decisions.
This means that some saves may not work. Especially if we want to use a save made without the Mod to a game with the Mod installed. Much better if you start a new game, especially considering the aforementioned changes made by the Dev.
This statistics of total Interest and Relationship points are of great importance for the launch of events, therefore the Mod now shows in detail how these points are accumulated.
I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Amomynous Games again for this excellent game.

Whelp. I was enjoying this, but no harem means I am out. Good luck Dev, but I am not playing multiple times. I have a big enough back log of VNs to play. So no harem = no me. I know I am just one of hundreds, but I just don't have the time.

Yeah, just saw the no harem tag, that's new if I am not mistaken, so I am out.

If you want to make people choose, you can't have more than 3 or 4 LIs. The wrong assumption is that people will replay the game and experience each route, but most likely people will just play through the game once and just pick 1, maybe 2-3 if the story varies a lot (e.g. good/evil, dom/sub paths). So you slave away making 5 hours of content, we'll just be seeing 1 hour of it, and you'll get the complaints of short updates, plus the inevitability that some will get more attention than others.

There's been a couple of scenes where you can compliment Jenny and she ends up being surprised by it. I thought she was just being humble the first time it happened, but it seems she really doesn't see herself as a complete knockout (which she very clearly is). She said she was rather plain when we first have lunch with her, she told us that she doesn't like how large her hips are when drinking with Grace, and then she mentioned that she hates her fangs. I had noticed that her canines were rather prominent, but it's more of an adorable quirk than anything else.

I'm pleased to see that Grace isn't tied to Jenny, because I'm not interested in her at all. A lot of developers here seem to think that if you like one girl, you'd like two even better. Jenny is the only one I'm pursuing so far, but I will likely do a second run for Maria and Eva at some point. Maybe the yoga lady too. But so far Jenny has completely stolen the show.

Totally agree with you, needs a optional harem ending. It's a game, not real life. Lets us be with everyone

So, this whole harem conversation is really bothering me because I'm honestly 50/50 on it. At this point, there is no path that ends with MC having a full harem of all six LIs. Approaching major spoiler territory here, but the endings planned are

However, I 100% understand all of your points. To me, with the established personalities of the girls in Office Perks, a full harem just doesn't feel 'natural'.

I can see both sides of the argument and the reasons for them. I will do some honest thinking on this. As it is today, I'm going to continue on the path that I'm on. v006 is already out on patreon, and v007 and beyond are fully written. How the choices made affect other things could still be easily modified.

I'd rather just have a monogamous path. I haven't started playin much yet, so, I can't say who the best girl is for me yet. But I am hopin there's at least one LI with smaller assets.

Also just another idea, it doesn't even need to be a harem route to be honest. (as I'm not really advocating towards the harem, but rather for being able to complete everything in one playthrough)

If I remember correctly the game 'STWA: The author' have a system where you can romance everyone at the same time and at the end of the game you choose who to 'end the game with'. That's another possible solution.

I'd rather you stay true to your vision and plans than to see you bending to the whiny harem warriors. They show up in every game trying to convince devs to make harems.

There's too many to pick just one. For me, it's not at all romantic when it makes me feel bad for turning down all the other women just to pick one. I like them all. Nothing wrong with making an optional unnatural path where a certain Li is cool with it . You can still have the 6 original solo Li paths for monogamous players, won't hurt to add one more path (harem) near the end, which adds a way to gain way more players/subs. They all like the mc now, why can't it be possible on one path at the end like it is now being with them all.

This is my point of view on the non-harem option and I hope it doesn't reach this point with Office Perks. It's what I call 'The Leap Of Faith Syndrome'. The problem is not choosing an LI but rejecting the rest. I don't remember the number of LIs in LOF, maybe it was 8? The MC choose one and had to reject the other 7? (What in the fucking hell!). Regardless of the saves, there is no romantic soul that can withstand these situations. So LFO was abandoned by me (and many other players I consulted) and is there, on my hard drive, waiting for me to work up the courage to reject 7 fantastic girls in favor of just one.
I can see Eva's face, with those big, brown, puppy eyes, full of tears, telling me: 'Why Murray? Why? I thought we got along well and the sex was just great and I really like you, Murray, and I thought we could have a future togheter where you and I maybe could work togheter and I could compose the soundtracks for your games, and you leave me for that bimbo Jenny! I hate you Murray!
Rejection is not my thing, but I have a lot of faith in Dev's ability to write this story.

LoF is one of the best games on here. I was on Linda's path from start to finish. I wasn't into any of the others.
