Thank you for taking the time to give me your full opinion on the game and for your advices!

I've read everything, and I must say that your ideas are excellent.

First of all, you should know that I'm currently running a poll with my subscribers to ask them if they'd prefer me to change the actual character to the Lost to Monsters character one for this game.
So far, the votes are leaning more toward the Lost to Monsters character, which I'm really happy about.

Also, you should know that thanks to the experience, feedback, and advice the community has given me, I've decided to rework many systems and the game's content.

The prototype was designed for this, I will be able to rebuild the game and the content on new foundations which I hope will please the community even more.

I'm going to abandon the current clothing system and make it simpler because the current one is too complicated for too many reasons.

The new system will reduce the number of clothing available by creating two categories: body gear and leg gear.
For example, a maid outfit or a chainmail bikini for body gear, and boots with fishnet leggings, or just sandals for leg gear.
The body gear will serve as armor of sorts, and the leg gear will serve as a weapon with kicks.
I could also make it so that if both pieces of gear are of the same type, a bonus applies.
This system will allow me to create content of better quality that is easier to integrate to the game.

I also decided to remove humans from the game because, ultimately, I find that enough games offer content with humans, but few with the type of monster I use (Also because i got bored of making content with humans).

So, for the next major update of the game, I'm probably going to use the Ingrid lookalike from my first game and create a whole new map that will most likely be set in a forest with beastmen (werewolves, boarmen, bearmen, etc.) and a new item system that will allow you to regenerate rather than wait around.
Although I must admit that your idea for improving the current rest system is excellent, I'm keeping it aside to see if I can integrate it in some way.

I'm also going to rework the way the dialogues are written.
For now, I probably won't implement the system you recommend because it's not a priority, but it's still a very good idea that I'm keeping in mind.
However, I'm going to make the events longer, with a narration of what happens in the event rather than just a dialogue exchange, such as:
"The beastman grabs Camellia by the ass and Ram is cock inside her defenseless pussy."
I'll also offer the option to skip the event with a simple button.

I would love to be able to take all these good ideas and apply them instantly, but unfortunately, that's impossible.
I'd like to give you my opinion on each of your ideas for improving the gameplay, but there's what I'd like to do and what I can do in a reasonable amount of time.
I won't be able to implement radical, major changes in every game update, but I plan to do it gradually.

That's why I hope you'll continue to follow the game's progress because it's truly a pleasure to read about people so invested in my project and offers me ideas and opinions as worked as yours.
I don't know if you're a game developer yourself, but you definitely have the knowledge to make a game enjoyable.

So don't hesitate to send me a private message with any or more ideas for events or gameplay.
I'll take the time to read them and take notes.

- In addition (perhaps more for a version already advanced in development), add a merchant (similar to the events with a sign other than an exclamation point to distinguish it, or with a different color at least) allowing to buy certain items that would confer temporary buffs (healing, energy, damage bonuses...), or even buy clothes (read the indent below) and this money would be obtained by defeating enemies, which adds a new simple but effective gameplay mechanic (always with an amount depending on the difficulty of the opponent).
WARNING : I do think that it is better to avoid integrating a concept of losing money in case of defeat because it tends to frustrate many players!
=> Moreover, this merchant could appear in some kind of intermediate floor that serves as a bit more of a "rest area" with dedicated events (baths, taverns, etc... read the specific section of About the events and encounters ). But it would essentially depend on your possibilities during the development or your desires because it may not be a must have.

- The clothes could offer an armor statistic that would facilitate progression, both to fight enemies by protecting Camellia’s HP, but also potentially to avoid grabs generating arousal (it would depend on the clothing worn . For example : the bikini does not protect from arousal and does not give a lot of armor but it is cheap and easy to find in the first floors; on the other hand, the dress could offer improved stats [let’s keep sexy outfits diversity ! Obviously, the idea isn’t to put on Camellia a heavy knight’s armour just to give her 100 stats of armour xD].
The clothes would take some damage before you do as a way to reward for finding and putting them on in the first place. And these clothes would be destroyed when the armor reaches 0. To quote another player, « this could lead to a gear progression system and incentive to open chests or encounters ».

- Idea taken from another player : « Beside enemy variety, you could also make to that the enemies are in groups from 1 to 3(or more?), resulting in different fights and more scenes ».

- Speaking of enemy, adding a mimic among the chests could offer one of the most pleasant surprises (since with the ideas previously mentioned, the need to search the chests is more important).
WARNING : for the surprise to remain pleasant, it seems more coherent to make it a simple event that can increase arousal, and not necessarily lead – at the beginning in any case – to a possible pregnancy to avoid the frustration of being – literally – fucked by an unfortunate RNG, especially if the other gameplay mechanics are indeed retained.
For example: you come across a mimic in a high level floor, you find yourself pregnant (with the ideas of buffs and debuffs ; read the indent below) so you get a debuff that prevents you from facing other enemies and as a result, you keep loosing with every encounter, so it becomes some kind of frustrating soft lock.

- The idea of adding buffs and debuffs in case of pregnancy has been raised several times (and you also indicated that « we will get more stats after each pregnancy, but also debuffs depending on the pregnancy type ») and to resume an idea already mentioned, I think it would indeed be relevant to add a debuff that reduces the statistics (because birth leaves a woman feeling exhausted IRL).
WARNING : do not put a debuff that is too large or can stack indefinitely (only a temporary debuff) because it could lead to an involuntary soft lock ! For example: Camellia is too tired because of the debuffs to face enemies and if we are in an area with dangerous enemies, we fall into an endless loop of defeats.
Holy that's a lot of words ! More seriously the point you've made are great and the idea of having a merchant I think more like the one in ThornSin would be a good idea or 3 to 4 merchants with their own twist and "taste" too to give you the choice to buy some clothes or "earn" them same for the events if you do them you get their outfits (in the prototype it would be the bunny and ceremonial outfit).

The mimics are a great idea too the higher you get the worse it could be like getting a tentacle/corrupted/parasited outfit that increase the lust overtime or a curse/blessing.

As for the buff/debuff we are throwing ideas here and there but you have a lot of options don't stress too much on it and I'm glad to see the name stick because the first thing I do and you should after creating a character is to give him/her a name. The FMC in lost to monsters didn't have one too so I went with Ingrid imo a name add more to a character.

Hello, tried it, not much to criticize simply cause it's bare-bones concept. To recommend something, We need to know how difficult the dev wants game mechanics to be.

If it's rogue-light, will it have items that add stats, buffs and debuffs, weapons, cursed items that can't be removed easily, different classes?

I don't want to ask for too much and not demanding anything from dev, so these are just thoughts about possible game.


First, plot and motivation, where main character (MC) is and why, what is her goal. Even a porn game needs reasons for events or it's just sex scenes collection.

For example MC is a con woman and thief in light fantasy setting, hears about old relic in some cult church, tries to steal it (short tutorial level explaining basics) and gets it out of box, by touching it she teleports in unknown place and her goal is to escape it.


<<Main game location>>, an island dedicated to ancient goddess of love, lust and fertility (that's why all items and clothes are sex themed). Levels are starting dungeon, jungles, village on a shore, temple, all have thematic items and enemies (tribal outfit and tentacles in jungles, seastar bra and fishmen in village, etc).

<<Items>>, different weapons givin access to skills (like mage staff letting use fireball), wearable enchanted sex toys ("buttplug of Amazon queen" adding strength but slowing stamina, cursed horse dildo giving health regen but periodically cums in MC).

<<Gameplay>>, bad ends are shit, after big defeats it's better let MC to lose some currency and plot items, so she'll have to get them again (to progress to next level MC will need some mcguffin to unlock it, it gained by slaying boss enemy or doing quest).

<<NPCs>>, merchants buying stuff by very low prices and selling potions, I offer 2 currencies, money dropped by enemies and cum "dropped" by enemies, and female imp merchant that selling items only for cum, all her merch are very slutty items that give good buffs but also debuffs aimed to make MC constantly horny breeding factory.

<<Mechanics>>, item descriptions screen, little shrines where MC can heal or remove cursed items by performing something slutty (bringing cum to it or riding statue's dick), inflation (MC can plug her holes to bring more cum to merchant or for ritual), mana stat to use magic, quests from NPCs (bring certain item or beat certain enemy).

<<Pregnancy>>, as its fan I think the more the better, but not all think this way so add items that prevent it, fairy NPC that appears telling she serves to goddess and cares for kids born in this place, taking them after birth, items that give boost only when MC is pregnant, also better to link pregnancy progress to time like all regens.

<<Enemies>>, more monsters (I think that games should have things that not possible cause there are enough humans in real porn), add female opponents, maybe also futas, enemies that can put cursed clothes on MC.

Once again, a lot of very good ideas, but as I said in the comment above, it takes a lot of time to create a game and integrate those ideas.
I'm working on it as I go, and I hope you'll continue to give me your feedback on the game as i upload the next updates.
In the meantime, I've taken notes on some of your ideas and am keeping them to integrate them in the game when I can.

With AI cutting down most of the creation issues, wouldn't it be possible to have both characters playable in the game ? Either with one of them as a new game + to have replayability, or have them both available at the start as alternative campaigns (if there is any semblance of narration, unlike the previous game), or even just have them as different skins with nothing but slightly different scenes/dialogues ?

Yes, it could definitely be possible, however it takes time and it's not at all a priority for the moment.
Also, not everything is done by AI, I have to do manual editing and integrate it into the game.
0% of the coding in my game is done with AI assistance.

As you said, it was the purpose of this prototype to gather the feedback of your community and, in this regard, I can’t wait to see the new content, and by extension, the new game ! I’m sure the community will like it !

I didn’t know you were running polls, so I definitely need to check your SubscribeStar or Patreon to stay frequently updated. And I’m glad that your subscribers are leaning more toward your original character from Lost to Monsters. I did like both character, but I do understand why you even more pleased by using again your OC. Can’t wait to see her new adventure ! x)
=> By the way, depending on the number of votes, maybe in that case it can be fun for the subscribers who voted for « Camellia » (I keep using this name for better comprehension) to make her become a character that we can meet during special events (in the same idea when I had suggested to « meet the heroine of Lost to monsters as some kind of reference »). Thus, they won’t really have "lost" the poll ! (but only if this character still interests you to be integrated into this new project).

About the new clothes’ system, I am pleasantly intrigued ! It sounds interesting and effective. For sure, it will be very nice for the gameplay, by offering variety and a bit of « gear strategy ». Especially if there some kind of bonus depending on the combination of clothes.

About the removing of humans from the game, I can’t agree more with you ! Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy the encounters of the prototype, but if we can get some kind of bestiary outside of the traditionals humans, gobelins and tentacles in video games, it can only be a good thing. Besides, the kind of beastmen you are using are interesting and refreshing. So, your idea of « Ingrid » travelling a forest with beastmen’s encounters will be pretty exciting (and I guess there will be various biomes/maps with different beastmen until the reach of the final version of your game).

About the rework of the dialogue exchanges, a nice improvement it will be if I may say. Always great to have a bit of storytelling (as long as it doesn’t become some kind of « War and Peace »’s neverending reading xD). So much more immersive that way ! And for those who don’t have the time to read, the skip button will be a good addition.

Additionally, I do understand that you won’t be able to instantly apply the suggestions I (or others) shared with you. I know that game development can be tough and it’s a long process from a prototype to a final release. And maybe (probably) some or many ideas won’t reach the end, but that’s okay ! Do the best you can, we trust in you ! And if you’re able to only keep one of my suggestions, I will be more than pleased and satisfied.

I’ll follow each update and watch the game’s progress until its completion. And for sure, if a relevant idea occurs to me, I will shared it with you.

And as a side note, I’m not a developer but thank you for the compliment. I guess being passionnate by video games and playing a lot of them helped to imagine some ideas.

Indeed, the merchant in ThornSin with his special interactions is one of the strengths of the game. Even if I’m not a big fan of the chara design (I have never felt any attraction for « ugly-fatties having sexual intercourses with beautiful women », but it’s a purely personal opinion), the concept is very good from a gameplay’s perspective.

And I find your other proposals interesting and, for sure, I think other players would enjoy them. However, I am not going to comment on that – first because I’m not the developer x) – but mainly because I am now waiting to see the different stages of development to see which direction the game will go in. And to see, at the same time, if our ideas can actually be implemented or if it would be too complex or tedious to do.

And about the fact of naming the heroine, I’m more than interested ! I find that it’s always better to be able to identify a character by a name (or at least a nickname)… and it’s also much simpler to express oneself in writing, I’m not gonna lie xD
It remains to be seen whether this feeling is shared with other players or Arthasia him/her-self, or if they prefer to maintain anonymity to promote « role-playing » (which I would completely understand).

A shame that they are leaning toward "Ingrid" more than "Camellia", but I understand them so let's meet each other half way. It would be a waste of good asset otherwise imo and combine them into one. They are pretty similar except for the hair which isn't a real problem and the color of their eyes that could change because of circumstances.
Think of a start in default/normal state "Camellia" and she slowly turn into "Ingrid" as the story goes thanks to that you can use both and make the transition between the low arousal and the perma/high arousal more... "impactful" ? I guess.

But do what you want first it's just that I like both of them and thinking for both side I don't want it to be something like "meet your new friend a hairdresser that conveniently sell contact lenses".

As for the name yeah Ingrid isn't great and Aysha is good tbh the skin tone with an arabic touch is great with a belly dancer set NICE.

The idea I had first was Camellia due to the meaning of that flower which is romantic love, devotion, adoration and care that you don't/won't really get in the game so I really liked the irony.

Carmen like the opera because you know she will sing A LOT and hit some serious high-notes I wasn't inspired for this description so take the skin tone and you have caramel the sweet brown sugar or amber like honey.

Cereza yes sounds like Bayonetta but the french for Cherry is Cerise so I took the cherry blossom hair and voilà.
Rose or Violet is also good to keep it simple.

Push the Irony and Elizabeth is born you know Comtess Bathory or Eliza from Skullgirl maybe a Queen a name associated to strong women in their myth/lore which you might not be in this game in that sense Victoire or Victoria is great because defeat will happen and Isabelle or Isabella is good too nothing you're preparing for her seems like fine-dining so... she will be served and she will be the dish.

Excellent idea, that would be awesome. Can’t wait to see which name will be retain by the community !

Aysha is an excellent name in my opinion. This accentuates its originality by giving her name a « foreign » sound (as if she belonged to the « One Thousand and One Nights » folktales). Moreover, and as Silvallié underlined it, this name sounds coherent with her design (not only because of her skin tone, but also because of her exotic side as a warrior of the wild lands). Speaking of name, I would like to underline that Carmenta (Greek) and Carmentis (Latin) are the goddess of childbirth and prophecy, so I find the Carmen's name suggestion quite funny and pertinent considering the game and its main thematic.

I really like it when the name given to a character relates to a meaning that is coherent with the material to which it is related. So it gave me an idea to make some suggestions (out of the common names like Anna, as you may say) : taking the name of fertility, pregnancy and/or childbirth’s goddesses.

Of course, I am not going to make an exhaustive list devoid of any interest so I have selected only the names that could prove relevant, notably by :
- Discarding names that are too complicated because we still need to be able to write/pronounce them ! So I won’t proposed Aztecs names obviously xD (except maybe Chimalma, goddess of fertility, life, death, and rebirth) and I won’t proposed many asian goddesses either because of their complexity in general (examples of chinese goddess of childbirth : Yúnxiāo Niángniáng, Qióngxiāo Niángniáng, Bìxiāo Niángniáng, Chén Jìnggū… you got the point) ;

- Discarding the names that could « trigger » some people, such as Freyja (Germanic/Nordic goddess), Sinivali (Indian goddess) or Umay (Turco-Mongol goddess), for obvious reasons ;

- Only keeping the names that are « pleasing to the ear » (Pukkeenegak is an Inuit goddess of children, pregnancy, childbirth and the making of clothes… but I don’t think it will be very pleasant for the players to read her name).


Therefore, here is my list of suggestions [with a spelling adaptation if it seems more relevant to me]:
° Shaushka is the Hurrian (and also Hittite) goddess of fertility, war, and healing. Her roles spanned from goddess of love to fierce warrior.
=> My favorite one of the list, you may guess.

° Akna is the Inuit goddess of fertility and childbirth BUT she is also the Mayan goddess… of motherhood and childbirth !

° Asherah is an ancient Canaanite goddess associated with fertility and motherhood in various Semitic religions ;

° Turana : Turan is the Etruscan goddess of love, fertility and vitality ;

° Oshuna : Oshun is the Yoruba orisha (= divine spirit of a western african ethnic group who inhabit parts of Nigeria) associated with love, sexuality, fertility, femininity, water, destiny, divination, purity, and beauty, and the Osun River, and of wealth and prosperity in the Yoruba religion ;

° Atahena : Atahensic is the Iroquois goddess associated with marriage, childbirth, and feminine endeavors ;

° Inanna : the other name of Ishtar, the Mesopotamian goddess of love, beauty, sex, desire, fertility, war, justice, and political power ;

° Mesana : Mesenet/Meskhenet is an Egyptian goddess of childbirth ;

° Tawara : Tawaret is an Egyptian goddess of childbirth ;
=> I skip Isis/Eset and Hathor because I believe they won’t fit for the conditions I've listed above.

Aysha is an excellent name in my opinion. This accentuates its originality by giving her name a « foreign » sound (as if she belonged to the « One Thousand and One Nights » folktales). Moreover, and as Silvallié underlined it, this name sounds coherent with her design (not only because of her skin tone, but also because of her exotic side as a warrior of the wild lands). I chose Aysha because I was inspired by the Warhammer 40k goddess "Isha," who, if I'm not mistaken, is herself a kind of goddess of life.
But otherwise, I had no idea of the Arabic origins of the word, now I love this name even more.

So, if I had to do a poll for my first name choice, I would say I'm more drawn to:

- Aysha, Carmen or Rose

These are really the names I find most suited to this character.
As for the deity name, I didn't really find one that I liked as much as the ones mentioned before.

It was more a reference to the cherry blossom event tied to the sakura tree and flowers in japan more than the fruit itself like Sakura from Naruto who is tied to that and in other countries they tend to be more pale or simply white .

And the preview to me seems off now I like the left one more.

Yeah I think you're right, the character on the left has just the perfect position, we see her butt more and her breasts are more raised.
I'll see if I can improve that.

Ahah, thank you ! I do like mythology a lot (I’ve always found interesting to discover the links between the different pantheons/religions in the history of mankind and the stories behind every gods/godesses). So I’m glad if this knowledge proved itself useful, or a least to have the opportunity to share it.

And perhaps you don’t have as much knowledge as I do in mythology BUT you have, by far, way more knowledge than I do in coding. And what better than having knowledge than to be able to share it ?

Of course, you are not giving us a lesson on the basics of coding, but you are creating a game that meets many of the criteria myself and other players are glad to discover in a porn game (« dungeon crawler » game style, female protagonist, corruption, pregnancy content, beastmen…).

However, without your skills, a similar game would probably never have been able to concretely emerge outside our minds. That’s why I – but also many of your subscribers – put a lot of effort to share our thoughts and ideas : because we really want to see the achievement of this game and we trust your ability to successfully complete the proposed project.


And you’re absolutely right, Isha is the Aeldari goddess of fertility, life and harvest in Warhammer 40k.

Fun fact : I’ve always wonder if Isha was a reference to Ishtar, the Mesopotamian goddess, considering her blessings… and the sheer number of references to other artwork, legends and mythology in Warhammer 40k. I mean, Isha is the mate of Kurnous, the god of the hunt… and Cernunnos is litteraly the god of hunt (and fertility) in Celtic religion.


Now, we will wait the next poll for the taking of names (I guess the chara design poll will end soon). I’m not gonna lie, I have a slight preference for Aysha, but I do like the two other names too.


About the preview of the character's final design, it works pretty well ! I’m must admit I was a bit afraid about the fusion of the two designs, that they don’t combine well. But fortunately, my concerns have been dispelled ! Especially with the last design similar to « Camellia’s » position.

- The hairstyle works very well (even with the pink color, which is far from an easy task when intregated to a character) ;

- The skin tone is not too dark ;

- We still can see her golden eyes ;

- And we still can distinguish her muscular build (notably with the details added at the thighs and hips) :

= Excellent (re)work !


I guess the next step will be to see Aysha/Carmen/Rose with the clothes you designed on her :D

You are absolutely right ! The cherry blossom hair makes 100 % sense when it’s tied with the blooming of cherry blossoms in Japan (from the ancient tradition Hanami : « viewing flowers », litteraly).

And speaking of character’s name with a coherent meaning, as you rightly point out, Sakura is a great example of this !

Naming the main character probably means that the game will be written in third person, which kinda sucks, I really liked the second person use in Lost to monsters and this one, it's less common and cool to see, but I probably am alone in thinking this

So I've decided to end the poll for my subscribers.

A total of 35 people were able to vote, and the majority voted for the Ingrid lookalike.

I'm quite surprised to see that there were still a lot of people who liked the current character.
Especially on F95zone, which gathered a lot more votes, with 75% for this character.
So I'm keeping this character aside for later in case I need to add another female character to the adventure.

I have no idea how to delete the poll on the thread, but in any case, it ends tomorrow, and at that time, I'll implement the choice of three names: Aysha, Carmen, and Rose.

As a reminder, even if you vote on the thread, my subscribers vote will take precedence.
However, your vote also allows me to form an opinion on what the F95zone community prefers for futur decisions.
