I highly doubt this is true. None of the developers of this game have even murdered anyone, as far as we know.

IMO the devs of this game are more agile and consistently deliver content, albeit it smaller ones. Punipen from Kemo Koliseum is way worse:
- way more inconsistent in timely releases and output
- breaks promises/release schedules regularly
- sneak peaks content, which is either forgotten about or comes out years after
- rewrites large parts of the game nobody asked for, which themselves push back the game for years
- (personal taste) the monthly reports are all in all somehow a bit misleading and not to be trusted (several "tool x reworked/finished, now faster workflow" etc. and we are to believe that the game is gonna be developed in a faster fashion!?)
- the overall development is WAY older than OSH with less to show for in terms of per year progress (correct me if I'm wrong)
I'm gonna insert a post I made a couple months ago. Punipen definitely seems like a worse dev but I think FFF sucks at almost all of these points. Oh So Hero is a pretty solid game underneath at least. I played a couple hours of Kemono Colliseum and found it kinda unbearable to play.
it is fun kemo but i wont lie VERY RNG BASED times where and enemy will insta flood you or you get a good turn or get a good roll for the enemy but still havent played all i think i got trought the firts chapter will continue it later and ye Oh so hero devs aint that bad as some others games but i do believe they focus too much on the sex of the game i mean i wont complain good animations but i wanna see where the story goes like nowadays im still not seeing where the name hero comes in as before even tho it was barebones story it added the title onto the game but now we dont know also as anyone wanna really look at some bosses and some upcoming anims of some characters from the future of the game

Pretty much except I don't think we even got a guest character this time, just more moves for bates, because he clearly isn't overtuned enough
