So, by cutting to update content, there's content in a house with some boys, but I can't seem to find a way to get there by playing normally... What important choice or requirement is there ?

you can go directly to the new content by clicking on "Changelog and shortcut" on the home screen

I can't really remember the path that leads to the party from normal play
