It hasn't really been updated in quite a while. Unless I'm missing something there have been 8 lewds since the Seer dream that still haven't been added to the Gallery. I think the dev might have forgotten about the gallery

It's called beta in the patreon post and the dev wrote that he will take a week off and then continue to polish this version for a final version. That's also when he will add the scenes to the gallery.
