Very late reply but, this is Mamo. You unlock her "fight" by talking to her in the hub area and selecting Erotic Services.

Tried out the game today. Liking the artstyle of the dev as always

So from the first enemy I unlocked in recollection room (Wata) there's actually penetration available. However fighting her in the dungeon I can only ever see her use titjob though

Is there a condition for enemy to transition to penetration pose?

There's a "day/night" cycle - you can see it in the top right. During night, they bang.
