This game does have a nice narrative, and actually some decent lore mixed in, not all porn game are made for the sole purpose of being "rot porn games", some like this one has some decent lore and story. (Even if some might disagree on this)

A "full save" would have you skipping a lot of the content. Play through, and use the cheats if you're impatient, but in order to actually get the content you're gonna want to play through it yourself
