Is there any way to know if you've seen everything? I've done all the quests, but there is no scenes with Amelia or sex with Tinker... kinda bummed if those are not possible

I think the furthest you can go with tinker is fingering her. iirc she doesn't get a human-sized body until after you initiate the final quest

Hungry for apples is the one with coins, you have to use all the other coins first before the main one, but I have no idea about Beauregard 2873?

Here is the final version of the Tinker Bell Fairy! The version on Patreon/Itchio/F95 will keep the Tinker as a blonde and the Tinker on Steam will be a brunette, ( just like we did for OPT1 and OPT2, Let's keep things simple ~ )
