I played it when it was first released( maybe I forgot, but now I'm just waiting for more content to be available first since I don't like cliffhangers), and I was surprised that it became such a popula game. I'm really happy about that
Yeah, the cliffhangers are killing me too, I'm starting to suspect that Cari is a bit of a sadistic inside
, but every update it's a feast for the eyes.Well the story is compelling and complex, the characters are very well written and the game have a high quality standard overall, so it's not that surprising it got in the top list.
Well, maybe I'm biased being a bit of a fan (especially of Nova), but I played most of all the top games here on F95 and I honestly think Eternum is one of the best and deserve to be so popular, so yeah I'm happy as well.

"I'm done with the harem ending, and in my opinion, the fight against his father felt really lacking, like the story was rushed. Plus, there wasn’t even an agreement among them about living together (as far as I remember, it wasn’t discussed).
There’s actually a lot that could be explored in this story, but what bothers me is the constant ntr bait without any actual scenes, which is really disappointing. So in conclusion , the story is good, but I feel like the ending was lacking( I actually want to play it again to get a different ending, but I'm too lazy, so I just chose one)

Oh, I forgot something, the most beautiful character in this game is definitely Carla
This was a good AVN, and it helps that it's one of the rare games that are actually complete. It starts off quite noticable that it's an early effort, with writing being a bit immature but there's a lot of development growth and it's better towards the end. The girls are likable and the story is ok.
My only gripe is the pacing. Especially since with the I patch putting the game in it's intended original format, the MC and girls end up going from 0-100 pretty quickly with little build-up or reasoning given their relation. Again, this is a writing growth thing I think because the developer's new game Eternum (which is asbolutely fantastic in every way) handles this much better with the MC building up much nicer individual relationships with the girls. For Once in a Lifetime, the harem route is the intended finish, but I feel it ends very quickly. There are a few briefly touched topics that are only cleaned up at the end sometimes with only a single image during the game's ending outro.
