This isn't some kind of 100% "rape", it's partly a bad option. It happens during the casino mission (if I remember).
And MC agrees to the Yakuza deal and sells her to them, as a result of which this scene happens.

Yeah, to clarify my comment above, supposedly after that scene it tells you game over or something like that. I didn't do it and I'm not at that point in the story, but that's what older comments mentioned about it.
This game is packed with nonsensical jokes that make me love the writer and his gags a lot, cant wait to finish this and start the next one, i could even wait some time and see if it gets completed before i start it

WTF is with music? The tutorial advised to keep music On and lots people here praise music tracks, but playing for more than an hour i heard only one guitar track at the very beginning and class ring once = everything else is utter silence.

At the start Cari didn't add any music and just few sounds, after that you will listen to some more music tracks and more sounds in the second part ot the game.
It was his first work and he was still working to improve his skills as a dev, the music are very important in his second game Eternum, that's probably the game that's being praised so much for music ( that plays a very important part to add to the experience).
In OIAL? Not that much.... but you will see, and they are good and well placed I would say, but that's my opinion.
