What skips your attention though Mr sceptic Mastermind is that this market is very dependent on psychology. The beginning of this work is good and it could work, even if the chances in your opinion are slim. Now... if you and others repeatedly point out your doubt that it will work, then it simply won't stand a chance, cause you made sure it never got one.
I hope I made myself clear, I thought it'd be easier to explain. Just let it go, let it be. Live and let live. Do not support if you do not believe in it, but please remain quiet as the dev has not proven to be guilty of anything and perhaps deserves a chance.

and her posts about the game . as far as i know and i have had some russian friends search around too

Mate i have a suggestion.
Do not release the game for free here. Thats a good way to lose financial support. Yes, the game will eventually be pirated here, BUT if you get to the point that there will be any nudity at all, people wont have the patience to wait for it to leak here and a good amount of them will subscribe to your patreon, so you can keep the project going. Having real life actors to shape the game as you like is innovative and not some cheap rip the images off a movie style game
I have to agree.
I usually don't check out real porn games because the ones I did were just mashed up mainstream porn which does nothing for me. With my limited knowledge I assume that this is the first game of it's type and I always think that it at least deserves some respect that the dev took a risk on something new and innovative.
What caught my attention here is that the pictures were actually so good that I couldn't tell from the hover over preview if it was 3D renders or real pictures. The photographer is defintly talented and the images have great lighting and overall asthetics in colors and contrasts. The photography is more sensual than you see in most mainstream porn and really deserves praise.
I understand that there have been a lot of bad instances of devs scamming but if any one has the right to aggresively ask for support it is for this game. I think most people underestimate the overall effort and financial overhead there is in producing such high quality photography while matching a story. On it's baseline it is way more cost expensive compared to what most other games here start out with and I think is fair to assume the dev is taking a financial risk.
If you don't think you can trust the dev that's perfectly reasonable and nobody wants to force you to pay. But please stay respectful to a person who is taking a risk by trying to bring us new an innovative content. It is fine to voice your concern in a respectful way but it doesn't make sense to repeatedly spam this thread with the same sentiment while questioning everything the dev says. I'm not referring to any one person specifically but more the general way this thread has been developing.

You should update you patreon's "about", it says :
amazing and hot, well, it's yet to be proven. If you need support "urgently" I don't see this project last long. Patreon can take months or years to have a decent support to only cover monthly expenses. And you have actors to pay

VIGOR Games Please keep at it and don't be discouraged. If there's one thing you've done, is get everyone talking. If a well-shot real-porn VN that isn't based on stock photos actually takes off, it opens up all kinds of possibilities. It's definitely a pioneering idea.

If I'm honest, I'm very sceptical about there will be real sex scenes in this game too, I see it very unlikely, why the actress would do that for a couple of bucks?

After reading through all of these posts and comments... Is it possible that these actors / actresses haven't finished all of theses scenes already? I mean why take the time to shoot all the content and not finish a scene fully.

I LOVE THE DUAL STORY LINE... That is awesome. But maybe include at the end of each update a "What's coming in next update" like MOS does.

Just let your audience know if this thing is progressing to a porn game or if it's just a visual novel with some teasing in it so people will shut up and leave you alone. Make your content the way you want to make it. Just be upfront about where the game is leading so people don't become disappointed with your content.

That's a load of bull shit. Introducing one nude scene will not spoil your Oscar winning story.
The story can suggest whatever you want it to suggest, After all you are the one writing it.
With so many people/customers asking about the content that is planned, you could at least provide some teasers, but no. I guess the plan is to milk the patrons till chapter 4 and then abandon ship.

Here's my opinion, FWIW: People are way more likely to positively review and financially support your game if you're being completely honest and upfront about its contents. No one likes being given vague promises than can be taken back without notice, and then being asked to donate anyway. People are defensive with their money; they want to get what they paid for, and you can't really blame them for that.
This is further complicated by the fact that this game is a one-of-a-kind, one where humans are hired instead of 3D models being used, with all the messiness that dealing with humans entails. Being the unproven concept that it is, people are going to be even more skeptical than usual and demand to see even more evidence that you're willing to deliver on your promises.
Telling people to keep the donations coming because sexual content could be right around the corner, even if you're actually sincere about it and everyone in production is on board with it, still comes off as massive bait. You can't blame people for being super skeptical about it when it's known for a fact that the main actress has never posed nude let alone done anything hardcore before. If she's actually willing to go all the way for the sake of this project, that will be awesome, but in the meantime... throw us doubting Thomases a bone, show us that she means business. If, on the other hand, she's not willing to have sex on camera... just be honest about it. You'll still be able to make money from people who will be satisfied anyway, and you won't have mislead anyone.
