I've played over 200 VNs now and I have only seen a few that have render detail and quality even comparable to the ones in this game. I just can't get over how insanely detailed the whole thing looks.
The story premise also seems good. It seems like it's going for a vanilla love story between an older man and a younger woman, and I'm all for it. But given that this is a demo, can't make any conclusions about it yet.
