Do we have a page somewhere within the game with all the rules written down on which potion applies to which characters?

Most rules are written on the potions if you right clic on them.

Exceptions are more important than requirements, for example if the character is a warrior but she is fighting an eye monster IT DOESN'T MATTER SHE IS A WARRIOR, the exception with eye monsters is WAY more important so don't give her the boob potion.

The body type one is kind of weird but understandable

Muscle mommy = warrior
Robe = Wizard
And rogues usually show you their butt.

If a character has a crossbow is kind of weird

If the crossbow has a string give them climbing potion and butt potion.

Whips count as a melee weapon, so boob potion, it is a climbing tool so thighs potion and butt potion.

I wanted to see if the gem in wizards belt's count as magic ones, but no, they are just part of the skin.

If the wizard has a blue gem in their belt, yellow in a book and orange in their staff, the only ones that count are the one in the staff and the book

I usually begin with "What applies?" and select the potions ignoring the restrictions then I evaluate the restrictions and remove the potions that can't be used because their enemy.

Can you show me how to do this ?
Sure:

1. Get a tool to unpack the project. I used gdsdecomp from gdre_tools. Just download it from the GitHub release page. Comes with a UI.
2. Unpack the game to a GoDot project.
3. Open the project with GoDot. And go to the main scene.
4. Open the attached script and search for "day >= 8". There should be a function called demo in the in the if statement.
5. Delete the two line with the if statement and the demo function.
6. Press play in the upper right corner

Writing this, I feel like you can only do this, if you have ever used GoDot or some coding expierience.

I can repack a version, but I'm not sure, how the F95 mods like it, when I upload an .exe to this thread. If they think this k, I could do that.

If the crossbow has a string give them climbing potion and butt potion, if not, they are just multiclassing to rogue so give them just butt potion (I'm not 100% sure of this one)

Similar to whips (again, I'm not 100% sure of this) if they have a whip it counts as a melee weapon, so boob potion, it is a climbing tool so thighs potion and butt potion.

Crossbow, DOESN'T mean rogue.

The final girl at day 7 (at least I think she is the same one in every run) she has a crossbow but you only have to give her the boobs potion

Okay, I'm correct about the whips, now I'm 100% sure.

They count as weapons so boob, and climbing tool so thighs and butt

This is a little vague, "It not work." really leaves the door open for literally any issue.

But I'll give it a shot.Try to run the game from CMD or whatever console your OS uses and see if Godot engine spits out errors. If those errors look like texture issues, then you need to update you video drivers. Or you are trying to run the game from a Virtual Machine or sandbox without GPU virtualization enabled, so in that case you'll need to figure out how to do that in you VM software of choice.
Apologies for the lack of detail. To specify whenever I try to open the application (via double clicking it) my mouse indicates that its loading with the little spinning circle for a few moments before simply stopping. No pop-up, no error, nothing. As for your advice, I'm not the most tech savvy individual so I'll try my best running it with CMD.

Okay, we need a easy to follow explanation on how the potions work, its really easy to get lost.
Holding right mouse button over a potion explains when you should use it.

Also, what does Crossbow mean?
Some crossbows include rope, and thus should be treated as ropes and climbing equipment - with thighs potion, and if there are no skeletons in the future, with ass potion for good measure.
Other crossbows might be considered weapons, and thus indicate the user needs anti-warrior treatment - boobs potion. But I am not sure about it.

Like the middle point of a bow and a gun.

For example she has one

Let's make this a learning instance.

What should i give her?: (under the rules of day 3)

1. Red because she is a warrior, she has the "strong" body type
2. Purple because she has a crossbow with rope (SPECIFICALLY BECUASE IT HAS A ROPE), it is considere a climbing tool
3. Blue because I'm using purple.
Now the restrictions
I don't have to use blue if she fights against skeletons.

So I should only give her
1. Red
2. Purple

I think range weapons don't count for warrior, at least it is confirmed the bow doesn't.
