I don't understand that part, so even if the MC (player) rejects some or most of the LI, 5 scenes are going to be forced, or maybe that means that the player will be able to obtain those scenes through voyeurism?

The first couple scenes are forced before the LIs are introduced significantly. The MC handles his business himself if nobody else does and you get to choose what he watches as a consolation prize when that comes up.
