The story itself is about 90% of the entire game if you look at the trans work in a tool. Sex scenes aren't that important in my opinion at least not compared to the core gameplay and story. There isn't that much untranslated stuff left if you look on it as a whole. I guess the translator wanted to translate the sex scenes later on since it wasn't that important to him.

Well I hope the translator picks it up again. It might take a while, though. I researched a bit and the translator apparently works with a japanese circle (group) to translate and publish their game.

Yes the MC is the only male character in this game world. All other living beings there are females and males didn't exist in that world so they created magic where they could grow a penis to fuck with each other. All females there are basically wants to be fucked by MC.
