No, sorry. Hopefully it does get translated soon though. It would be pretty easy for someone that knows how to code, though it's kinda difficult to do it on a phone

I don't know how to do that, but what I did was I just accessed the code and found the text that corresponded to the sex scenes. It was in unicode, but you can find a translator for that online. It's tedious and I gave up because I somehow accidentally changed part of it that made the game crash, but it worked for one of the scenes.
