I guess she is heavily drugged to ensure she accepts herself being sacrificed. This might also explain why she bothers looking for her clothes all over the island, instead of telling the government to nuke the site from orbit.

Look, I may sound like a pussy for saying this (And maybe i am), while i to a degree accept ppl have weird fetishes, which is ok, there are some things which are badshit evil and crazy, and sometimes lines need to be drawn. If content like this is frequently posted, it WILL 100 percent paint a target on this websites back, and draw unwanted legal attention. Im saying this out of goodwill of this website.

About the only thing that makes this one special, is that the heroine looks young.

I remenbered that they remove some "extreme game" here, like the guardian. (it was the most fucked up game i've seen here)
At the same time, i find it sad that people who like that can't have acces to it. I mean it's fantasy, no real girl is killed obviously. I say that but i can't stand guro (i've hemophobia IRL ) so this is not for me i guess.
Yeah they are other by the past (like the one i said, the guardian), but they don't always stay. I wouldn't say the age of the heroine make this special, it's more of a combinaison of the insect/young/guro . (porn game with young girl did exist, it's not that rare)
Edit: the game is incredibly short, i've finish it and the gameplay is full random. It could have been fun to unlock clothes but you have either nothing but her start clothes or you get all the other one at the same time.

Man, the graphics don't look horrible, it's a shame that the dev is cursed to make poor games. Between this and their other game I don't know if it's worth keeping up with them.
Not sure what kind of game is "the guardian", but "Mad Island" and even "Slave Farm Maker" are here.
