Actually you do not need the Global Save:
1) Unlock everything
2) Go to Scene Viewer: If you unlocked everything, there should be an extra event, play it to unlock the 5 remaining CGs.

Very late but run the .bat file/Windows Batch File by right clicking the file and run as administrator.

You must first unlock all Opai Gallery Girls (scan all girl boobs).
When you have done this the last pic in the "Scene View" is unlocked.
Then click on this last pic and you see the last 5 CG pics.
